Lots of excitement for the Moonbeam ecosystem this month, including the completion of the Take Flight event, 2M transactions on the Moonriver parachain, plus new projects, deployments, and events
What’s New with Moonbeam & Moonriver
Take Flight
The Take Flight community token event was a tremendous success, raising $24.5 million to support the launch of the Moonbeam Network. The Moonbeam Foundation had initially allocated 80 million GLMR tokens for the event (8% of the initial supply), but due to the overwhelming support, this allocation was increased by 20 million tokens to a total of 100 million tokens. Participants in the event can now see their finalized agreement by logging into the Take Flight website and visiting their “Profile” and then “Past Transactions.”
Moonriver Hits 2 Million Transactions Just One Month After Launch
Less than a month since completing its launch, the Moonriver network has reached 2 million transactions and over 120,000 wallet addresses. These metrics are significant indicators of usage and adoption, and are also a great indicator of what’s to come as more critical infrastructure (bridges, indexing protocols, and multisig) is deployed. New Partners & Projects Building on Moonbeam
The Moonriver ecosystem has been booming, with dozens of deployments onboarding each month. Here are some of this month’s additions that we want to highlight:

Wanchain: decentralized, non-custodial cross-chain infrastructure.
AnySwap: a fully decentralized cross-chain swap protocol that enables access to cross-chain bridge solutions. 18 assets have already been deployed on Moonriver via Anyswap.

Yuser: an NFT-based social app and generative avatars called NextGems.
Zoombies: a play to earn NFT collectible Zombie trading game.
NFT Brawl (Seascape): a play to earn NFT staking game.
Profit Circus (Seascape): a circus-themed NFT and crown staking game
Token Generation
MyWish: automated token creation for anyone to create and launch a token without writing a single line of code.
Developer Tools
Biconomy: a cross-chain transaction infrastructure platform with powerful and easy-to-use APIs.
Live Deployments on Moonbeam
C.R.E.A.M. Finance
C.R.E.A.M. Finance, a decentralized lending protocol for individuals and institutions to access financial services, integrated with Moonbeam to boost the DeFi ecosystem by bringing the lending and borrowing protocol to Moonriver on Kusama, soon to be followed by Moonbeam on Polkadot.
Lido
Lido, the largest liquid staking derivatives protocol, integrated with Moonbeam to provide users with the ability to stake and get liquidity for DOT on Moonbeam and KSM on Moonriver.
Magic Link
Magic, a plug and play auth and key management solution, integrated with Moonbeam, opening the doors for Moonbeam and Polkadot devs to build dApps securely, utilizing extensible passwordless authentication built to scale.
Authtrail
Authtrail, a SaaS platform that provides contract-based integrity to business data, has joined the Moonbeam ecosystem and will use Moonbeam as the primary network to power the Authtrail Platform Beta, allowing for faster adoption of blockchain technology in the real economy.

A new monthly program to celebrate the outstanding contributions from our ambassador community
Lyn, Senior Ambassador
Being an ambassador has been the most rewarding experience. I am privileged to communicate with the team, express my opinion about the program, and shape its direction. I do not have technical skills, and yet here I am, a part of the project that is literally programming our way into the multi-chain future. As an ambassador, I looked through Russian translations and came up with ways to improve the quality. I also put together a dictionary of crypto and project-related terms. In less than a month, I was leading a team of translators chosen among fellow a. ambassadors, and we were the first to translate the website into Russian. Now, as a senior ambassador, I have met people from all walks of life in the program who have one thing in common – a passion for innovation and the promise of a decentralized future. To be a part of such a vibrant community is truly fascinating.
