Osmosis is a Layer-1 Blockchain. Built on Osmosis is the Osmosis DEX, the first interchain decentralized exchange. Using the Osmosis DEX, you can swap IBC-enabled tokens and provide liquidity to farm yield.
About the Integration
Moonbeam’s connection to Osmosis through Axelar unites two major forces, Cosmos and Polkadot. The first token to move across was $DOT which is now available on Osmosis. Additionally, in the future, Moonbeam can also serve as a gateway for Substrate-based tokens from other chains to access the Cosmos ecosystem through Osmosis.
