About the Project
Gnosis safe enables projects and individuals to fully customize crypto asset management for multi-signature wallets. Multi-signature wallets or multisig for short, require multiple team members to confirm every transaction in order to execute it which prevents unauthorized access to company crypto. The multisig wallets combat singlesig wallets in which the owner holds the private key. If the key is lost then access to the wallets and funds are lost forever, Gnosis Safe solves this problem.
About the Integration
In order to help manage singlesig and multisig wallets Gnosis Safe was forked to create Moonbeam safe. The Safe can be configured as a multisig contract that allows two or more owners to hold and transfer funds to and from the Safe. You can also configure the Safe to be a singlesig contract with only one owner.
